UNIFORM ORDERS
Uniform Website Ordering Overview
The Soccer.com direct ordering website enables you to purchase GGFC uniforms and spirit wear directly from Soccer.com. Players can also order regular (non-customized) soccer gear from Soccer.com. All purchases earn points which GGFC redeems as part of its arrangement with Adidas to cover the cost of uniforms for coaches and scholarship players as well as certain practice/game-related equipment, but only if all players complete their purchase of a new kit every two years. Moreover, kit uniformity is especially important for the branding and marketing of our club in NYC.
We will be monitoring orders closely to ensure that all players are in the current kit. All players need to participate and agreed to do so by accepting a spot on one of our teams.
This document provides step-by-step instructions for ordering and uniform requirements.
Players, parents and family members can also order club spirit wear - hoodies, warm stadium jackets, rain jackets, caps, etc. through Soccer.com at the same time. Spirit wear orders can be placed at any time.
Ordering Instructions
1. Go to the following link: https://www.soccer.com/club/6759935
This link will take you to the GGFC page of the Soccer.com website.
2. TRAVEL TEAMS:
- Under “Start Here” select your Travel Team from the pull down menu
- Select your Player Name - uniform numbers are assigned by team coordinators and input on the Soccer.com roster by the club.
- Click Find Uniform - you will then be prompted to choose either Express Check-out which will guide you through all required kit items by size or you can choose to shop a la carte.
3. ORDER GEAR AS LISTED IN UNIFORM REQUIREMENTS (below)
Order additional quantity and items as desired.
NOTE: For Travel Kit only - uniform numbers are printed on jerseys, shorts, training warm-ups and bags. Please order carefully. Customized items are not returnable and GGFC is not responsible for ordering or sizing errors. If in doubt, try on comparible Adidas gear locally before ordering.
4. FORMATIVO PLAYERS:
Click directly on the 2020-21 Formativo Kit link to order your items. There are no uniform numbers on the Formativo kit items.
5. CHECKOUT:
During checkout, you will need to set up an account on the Soccer.com website. If you opt to set up a Goal Club account you will be eligible for Goal Club Discounts (primarily on non-customized items) and you will get “points” for your purchases that you can redeem for merchandise.
6. ITEMS WILL SHIP DIRECTLY TO YOU:
Please note that items may arrive in multiple packages as they are shipping from multiple locations and customized items take additional processing time.
